Next 3 Billions Jobs- Missing Markets Episode 1 The demand for English (and Chinese) as a second language is a sustainability critical trillion dollar market that is going largely unfilled. Here’s mainland Chinese youth’s argument which is made even more acute by girls empowerment researchers (eg between china and Bangladesh). Less than 5% of Chinese youth learn how to speak English even though the majority of historic knowledge is published (and searchable) in English. Additionally English language is a gateway to studying different cultures as historically Britain arc across the world open that door. Today’s youth are to be the sustainability generation understanding needs to be accelerated between the growth Chinese and English speaking economies and nations. Moreover worldwide youth’s greatest job creating hero Jack Ma illustrates what happens when a young Chinese person develops his cities peer to peer English speaking network. And almost all digital coding wizards need to speak English. This applies most of all to coders of global youth's social innovation platforms -eg BlockchainCityOpen and leading place eladers of supercity.university Britain can address this as one of the great opportunities of Brexit provided we understand that the market we are talking about will be mainly facilitated outside the classroom more at worldcitizen.tv, www.worldpossible.org

Last week saw my final week as an associate of The Learning and Performance Institute (The LPI). I resigned after a 7 year rollercoaster ride and I was privileged to work with some amazing and inspirational LPI clients during that time.  I would like to personally thank Colin Steed and Edmund Monk FLPI for trusting me to rewrite and manage The LPI’s global TPMA service, it was a privilege. I look forward to hearing about the new version soon.  To all the TPMA Centre Managers, Assessors and Trainers, may I offer my sincerest thanks for all your contributions, your passion and your high standards. It was a thrill to experience your drive to make training engaging and measurable. I look forward to keeping in touch with you all.  I will now be adding to my existing client base, so if you, or anyone you know, are looking for a consultant who is passionate about Training and Facilitating skills, Leadership and Management, and how to improve people performance, do get in touch. I feel confident that The LPI will recommend my services. All the very best and thank you all. Regards Mac 07968865007 – mac@lapd.solutions
